I contacted several contractors for a quote on a structural problem to a house we are under contract with. Joe responded almost immediately. It's been a whole 24 hours and still none of the 8 other contractors called me back. He asked me to email him the inspection and he went over it in detail with me for 40 minutes. I immediately could tell he knew what he was doing and was not going to steer me in the wrong direction just to make some money. There were alot of repairs that needed to be done. But the most concerning one, I thought would be 20-40k. My husband wanted to cancel our contract. I am so thankful Joe is the one that called me back. He went into detail about what exactly needs to be done. And even pointed out some things the inspector missed. Turns out what we thought would be too big of a repair, should cost around $1k from a handyman. He also helped me get a ball park of what some other repairs may cost.
