ACPS's construction management team has skills and experience unsurpassed in the Commercial Real Estate market, having completed more than 5 million SF of ground up development and 45 million SF of interior projects. The ground up projects include five LEED-certified properties. We team with our clients to control costs, timing, scope of work, and all other risks inherent to a construction project.

Jack Rector manages our construction management, project management, development services, and sustainability platforms. Jack's tenure of more than 35 years, as well as the companies he has worked for, all have contributed to Jack being respected for his technical and managerial skills and, just as importantly, the honesty and integrity with which he conducts business.

Jack is recognized for being an experienced and accurate construction estimator for both ground up, interiors, and CAPEX construction. He has successfully managed all types of commercial real estate development, re-development, and construction types, including commercial office, medical, industrial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, high-rise residential, and interiors.
