Harmony Homes acted in the capacity of General Contractor for our families custom home. How lucky can two people get. My wife and I decided once she retired we would build on our lot in Lake Country. So we searched the web for house builders and Harmony Homes came up. Seeing what we liked we gave Harmony a call and through our conversations liked what we heard. So our first phase was to design what we wanted in a house with the help of Harmony`s staff and it was such a smooth process it took only a short while to come up with what we liked. Seeing Harmony had four steps to choose from we chose number four which was to have them run the job from permit stage to move in stage. We were told it would take six months from the time we had our permits and we ended up right on schedule and right on budget. Jason Webb was our rep from Harmony he is very eductated in the business and kept us informed at all times and retun all calls in a timely fashion. All of the trades and suppliers used by Harmony were at the top of the game and went out of their way to make us happy and answer all of the questions if we had any. By using number four it made our life a joy while the building was going on. If we were to build again we would not hesitate to use Harmony Homes again.
