About Atlas Elevation & Sam Smith

Atlas Elevation Group, Inc is a construction, grant consulting & project management company with experience working on over 1000 grant related residential housing projects, and is a New Jersey Reconstruction, Elevation, and Mitigation Qualified Contractor.

Mr. Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse work history of operations, and project management; all of his positions have required close interaction with clients, colleagues, subcontracting partners and suppliers which required excellent communication skills and an aptitude for client need assessment. He is a member of the Project Management Institute and will complete his MBA with a concentration in Project Management in August of 2014. Mr. Smith has a large amount of experience in operations management, federal grant programs and City Development Block Grants. Mr. Smith’s experience includes working on a diverse range of engineering, architectural, environmental, surveying and residential and commercial building projects. He obtained a business degree from Tulane University where he attended on a football scholarship and served as the Senior Project Manager for the largest house relocation project in United States' history as well as the Senior Project Manager for one of the largest home elevation contractors in Louisiana.
