In March of 2010 we purchased a new home in Shenandoah Estates, Cedar Hill, Texas, from BJ Custom Homes . We knew when we first walked in front the door it was the house we had to have. It was stunningly beautiful and felt so solid and substantial inside. The floorpan was a perfect layout. The colors in the home were beautiful, as well as the stone, wood, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, etc. that were used. The tile work, paint, moulding, granite, etc. were immaculately installed to perfection. I could go on and on about the quality of the home but the best thing about the buying experience with this home was the attention to detail by Fred Brown himself. He personally came over many times to make sure everything was going along to our satisfaction as the home was being completed. He went over and above all expectations to make sure we were happy with every single detail. His crews were on time and worked impressively to make everything perfect.
