Established in 2004, EJD Construction Contractors & Investment, Corp. is a custom home builder and general contractor for residential construction projects primarily in Dade County and Broward County, Florida. EJD Construction also provides construction consultation for the international customer wanting to develop a project in Central & South America and the Caribbean as well as the domestic client that needs a management team. We offer diverse home construction, remodeling, and home addition expertise. Not a resident of Dade or Broward counties? Not to worry -- EJD Construction is licensed in Florida and we work throughout the state.

The garage floor was raised and the walls were laid out ,insulation was installed along with the rough plumbing, electrical etc... Eric installed updated fixtures into the room and bathroom. the layout and design was almost flawless, we worked together on changes as we went along. we went with knock down all around the room and tile in the bathroom along with ADA sink and toilet. Eric installed a mini split a/c for the bedroom with heater and movable shelves for the closet.
We are very pleased with the project , we went a little over our initial budget but that was due to changes we wanted through the house do to the remodel.
Thank you Angie for your site I went though nine contractors before choosing EJD Construction and it was worth it

Everyone associated with EJD Construction, where very professional and courteous. The contractor always returned phone calls, or answered calls when able. The plumber & electrician were excellent, very helpful and willing to do everything I asked for without any issues.
Would hire them again without any issues. Communication is the key to any long term project along with some patience.
I'm happy to be able to say that the contractor and I ended on a good note which is rarely the case. The family and I are very happy with all work completed.

Eric responded to my calls and concerns immediately. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Eric did a fantastic job. He was concerned with how happy we were with his work, and he tried very hard to really make me happy with the new room he gave me. It is totally beautiful, and I am completely happy with every aspect of the job he did. I would have him do the work for me again with no doubt at all. The entire kitchen went very smoothly and easily, and it is PERFECT!! 30k kitchen remodel for Linda Brown in Miami 12/2/2014
