We hired TBS for a bath remodel in 2012. We sought several bids and they were very competitive. We liked that they had a designer (Kathy was great) on staff and Mamuka and his team team were very knowledgeable, professional and showed a wide range of capabilities. They did a great job of keeping the work site separate from the house, orderly and clean. We completely rebuilt and reconfigured the bathroom to create two separate spaces, required moving plumbing, electrical, and walls. It turned out great. We hired them again in 2013 for a complete kitchen/laundry/pantry remodel. Our experience on the larger job was also excellent. The schedules and budgets mapped to the discussions we had with Mamuka. I would highly recommend TBS. They installed a sun tunnel in a mudroom for me and the experience from beginning to end was great. I cannot say enough great things about TBS construction and Mamuka Grigolia! We first hired TBS construction to replace a sliding glass door leading to our patio. We initially found TBS construction on Yelp, and based on the positive reviews we decided to give them a try. We were so impressed with both the high quality work, the reasonable prices, and professionalism of everyone that came to work on the project. We were so pleased with the work that we subsequently hired TBS construction to renovate both of our bathrooms, and repaint all of our doors and trim.

TBS is also very skilled in water remediation. We had the very unfortunate event of having significant water damage in both of our bathrooms caused by our neighbors negligence. TBS Construction took care of everything (including mold remediation), and worked fast to ensure that we were inconvenienced for the minimal time possible.

Finally, we used TBS Construction to remodel our kitchen. Mamuka organized everything so the entire project was completed while we were away on vacation. His designer, Kathy J. was amazing!! He sent us lots of text photos to show us the amazing progress along the way. We returned home to a fabulous kitchen. Universally, everyone that has come into our home has commented on how beautiful the kitchen looks, including our realtor (as we are planning to sell our current condo for a larger house), who was so impressed with the quality of the renovation.

In summary, we tried TBS on a whim and were so satisfied that we keep coming back. We are now looking for a house, and we feel much more confident thinking about purchasing a home that may not be quite perfect, as we are certain that Mamuka and TBS Construction will help us turn it into the home of our dreams. We needed a general contractor to perform major restoration / structural repair to a wall (finding source of the water leak, re-frame entire wall, replace insulation, stucco, windows, sliding door etc.) on our rental property. After collecting multiple estimates I went with TBS Construction even though their estimate was little higher then others.

We live in WA while property is in CA so handling such a major project remotely to put it lightly is little stressful. But from the beginning Mamuka, the owner, seemed to fully understand that so he was very detailed in he's quote and also when explaining work that needed to be done.

Similarly during the process he made sure that I was up to date with frequent on site pictures and updates. Also we had to make few course corrections as more work was discovered during demolition and Mamuka was very clear and up front about it.

In the end and with little cooperation from CA winter job was finished on time (almost exactly on a promised date) and after I got a chance to inspect in person I'm very happy I went with TBS Construction. Highly recommended! David T.

While searching the market place to replace five windows and a huge patio door, I found TBS constructions. I am very glad I decided to hire TBS constructions for several reasons. Mamuka from TBS constructions was very helpful in finding the right product for my budget, products that meet our HOA requirements, his quote was very competitive and was the lowest, and above all there was no sales pressure from Mamuka.

Mamuka scheduled the installation in advance, my windows arrived on time, and they were installed within 2 days. The installers from TBS constructions were true professionals who knew what they were doing. The job was well done and finishing was awesome, the windows look very nice from both inside and outside, and they use high quality construction material. Two bed rooms that used to get cold at night are now nice and cozy after the window replacement.

I manage a 255 unit condominium complex and have been working with TBS Construction since February 2009. During that time they have completed several large scale projects for us and are in the middle of a multi-million balcony reconstruction project including three engineers and an architect. Some of their past work includes a half million plus balcony reconstruction project, major walkway repairs, property wide painting project, conduit/electrical framework for a surveillance system, large scale storm drain replacement/plumbing repairs including hydro jet maintenance, evaluation and upgrade of our buildings gutter systems, and countless small scale unit repairs for routine pluming and roof leaks. They also provide 24/7 after hour's emergency services including plumbing and water remediation. If it needs to get done, this company can do it and they will do it with the most qualified people in their fields.

They provide outstanding customer service and as a community manager who sometimes has to force construction work on unwilling residents, they have a knack for dealing with not only the occasional difficult residents but the highly discerning ones as well that will accept nothing but the best. They can take a resident from hating you for disrupting their life with community construction projects to telling me how much they love this company and how grateful they are that we hired them. I've seen it more times than I can count, no matter how vocal and upset a resident may be, they end up impressed and blissfully content. When my contractor can take the bite out of a customer without me having to get involved then that translates to fewer headaches for me and no lost productivity trying to manage expectations and worry about results. On the rare occasion that something isn't done to the highest standards it is fixed before I get to even see it or can mention it. They are a proactive company with a strong sense of initiative.

They use the same billing system as the insurance companies, are detail oriented, and can take the reins when dealing with a tough adjuster as well. The next time your insurance carrier wants to stick you with their ''pre-screened, quality vendor'' you can tell them you already have a true quality vendor that cares more about the project getting done properly than making a quick buck. There is absolutely no churning and burning going on here. A job well-done, a satisfied customer, and a good review are their primary concerns. It comes through from the first phone call or email to you sitting back after the job is done, enjoying a glass of wine, and reveling in how shrewd and sensible you were for hiring them.
